How fast is the free shipping?

  • Estimated normal delivery without delays is 7 - 12 days. Please note, order processing time is not included in the shipping time.

    Why my UPS and USPS tracking number is not updating?

      • If your order is not available in our US warehouse, it will be shipped from our overseas warehouse. Please allow a few days for the tracking number to update on the tracking system.
      • If you want to know the status of your package while en-route, please contact us we'd be happy to check the tracking system that is not visible to the customers and will let you know any update support@infinie.shop.

    How long will it take to receive a tracking number?

    • Once your order has been shipped, It will take usually between 1-3 business days.

    Store currency?

    • All our prices is in USD.

     I’ve received part of my order but not all. Where is the rest?

    • Some items get shipped separately, rest assured that the remaining items in your order are on the way and will be following close behind. 

    Where do you ship to? 

    • Most products we ship worldwide. Some products cannot be shipped to a limited set of countries. If we cannot ship to your country we will refund your money.

    How long does it take to refund money?

    • We will refund within 5 - 7 days of receiving items back. 
      However, the time for your refund to show up on your statements depends on your bank / payment method. In most cases, it takes 1-2 weeks before your refunded money shows up on your account statement.

    Status delivered but I didn't receive my package?

    • We'd be happy to resend your order once we confirmed that it wasn't receive. Unfortunately we CANNOT give a refund for this issue.

    How to return?

      • Please contact us first before returning at support@infinie.shop. DO NOT send it back to the addresses on the package.
    • We can provide full refund or credit voucher, this varies depending on the issue and reason for returning the item.
